Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Flowra account and associated personal data.

In-app deletion (recommended)

If the Flowra app includes an account deletion option, use it to request deletion directly from your account settings.

Email request

If you cannot access the app, email support@flowra.app from the email address associated with your Flowra account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask for additional information to verify your request.

What happens next

  • We will confirm receipt of your request.
  • We will delete or anonymize data unless we must keep certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
  • Deletion may take time to complete depending on backups and systems.
